Colocar junto a cebola e a cenoura.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois de desmanchados, bater no liquidificador e passar na peneira.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recolocar em fogo baixo com todos os outros ingredientes e deixar ferver por mais ou menos 45 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois de esfriar, colocar em recipientes que possam ir ao freezer e congelar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;A melhor panela para fazer este molho é a panela de ferro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Observações:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;· Quando for utilizar o molho de tomate, refogar alho e cebola em azeite de oliva, colocar o molho e acrescentar sal, pimenta e noz moscada a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Para personalizar o molho, dependendo do prato em que será usado, juntar isolada ou combinadamente: folhas de manjericão, tomilho, manjerona, alecrim, orégano, cardamomo, cominho, pimenta malagueta, fines herbes ou outras especiarias. ser aberta com rolo de massa. Abrir a massa em mesa enfarinhada. sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Preparação: 30 minutos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Cozimento: 1 hora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: – pimenta, noz moscada, tomilho, 3 folhas de louro, manjerona, fines herbes, alecrim, manjericão, adobo, pimenta malagueta (óleo da pimenta) – 100 ml de cognac – 300 g de toucinho gordo ou fatias de bacon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Passar os fígados e o toucinho cortado na máquina de moer ou no processador e depois pelo liquidificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Colocar numa tigela e acrescentar o ovo, sal e outros ingredientes. Por último, juntar o louro cortado em pedacinhos. Dispor no fundo e nos lados da terrina algumas fatias finas de toucinho ou bacon. Colocar a mistura do patê e recobrir com fatias de bacon. Colocar por cima uma folha de louro. Vedar a tampa da terrina com um cordão de massa feito com 2 colheres de farinha molhada com água.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Os cordões devem ficar bem grossos para que a tampa da terrina fique bem vedada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Cozinhar em forno quente pré-aquecido (350º C) em banho –maria durante 1 hora. Retirar a tampa. Deixar esfriar no próprio banho-maria antes de colocar na geladeira.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Fazer de véspera.
